Theo's Tips
- Wax rinds are there to protect the cheese and allow it to mature which gives it that unique flavour.
- For Theo's cheese pizza you will need up to 4 quality cheeses including mozzarella as your base, always dress with some fresh parsley or basil.
- Less is better and always remember to spread cheese evenly to avoid having it all ending up in the centre of the pizza.
