Plant Profile: ‘Little Jess’ and ‘King Alfred’

It seems our love affair with strappy leaf plants continues to grow and for good reason. They are a wicked group of plants and they are particularly hardy. Two new Dianellas from Ozbreed called ‘Little Jess’ and ‘King Alfred’ are exceptional strappy leafed plants.
They are both natives grow virtually anywhere in Australia and tolerate everything from damp clay soils to dry sandy soils. Research shows they are particularly good when exposed to constant grey watering.
‘Little Jess’ is a compact plant with masses of purple flowers. ‘King Alfred has an incredible root system and tests shows its strong root system make it particularly good for soil erosion control.
