We have a suggestion for a Christmas gift for the keen gardener, just about every piece of power garden equipment you could imagine. All cordless and all make gardening easier.

All products in the Ryobi One+ category are sold without battery and charger. When you buy your first One+ purchase, you need to buy a battery (available either individually on in twin packs) and a 1 hour charger. After this, any additional tools brought from the range use that same battery. This keeps the cost of their cordless tool purchases low and means that you do not end up with multiple batteries and chargers, none of which may be interchangeable.

Currently there are 22 tools in the range, with the additional 4 garden products bringing this number to 26.

The key feature to any cordless garden product is the totally cordless convenience. This is particularly pertinent when the application is small courtyard or townhouse size blocks where the user does not require a heavy petrol powered unit, and the delivery of mains power may not be ideal (eg, places without garages/workshops, where power may need to come from inside the house

Line Trimmer

230mm Cutting Path ? Ideal for smaller blocks and areas where edges need maintaining.

Telescopic Shaft ? allows the user to adjust the length of the unit to increase their comfort. Large Adjustable Handle ? also aids in increasing user comfort.

Two Position Trigger ? ensures additional safety, with both needing to be activated for the unit to operate. This also reduces the risk of young children starting the machine and causing injury.

Hedge Trimmer

Has 457mm blade length ? Ideally sized for cutting most hedges.

Double action cutting capacity ? gives a faster, cleaner cutting action.

10mm cutting capacity ? will trim foliage to 10mm thick

Blower

190kph air velocity ? provides adequate power to blow dry leaves and debris.

Leave scraper nozzle ? allows the removal of wet leaves without damaging the nozzle

Pruner

102mm Cutting capacity ? allows for many pruning applications to be done around the home

Telescopic Shaft ? Fully extended gives the unit a length of 1680mm to the blade.
