Neville visits the cooking Caravan where chefs Paul Jobin and Chris Harris cook up a storm every two hours in live cooking demonstrations.

Paul?s theme is a definite Australia meets Japan with Morton bay bugs, black rice dust, Japanese salad and Japanese tomato sauce while Chris tantalizes with a stuffed sun dried capsicum, blue cheese fig and baba ghanoush with spiced pumpkin.
