Lawn back on track

Episode: #3 16/09/2006
Presenter: Trevor Cochrane

One problem you can often find in the garden this time of the year is patches or bare lawns. If you want to get your lawn back on track over sowing with a lawn seed is a good idea.

Make sure you use a drought hardy lawn seed like Lush Repair from Yates.

You can add a fine layer of sand over the surface in loam or clay soils but in sandy soils, finely sieved compost is a good top dressing.
